FitWorx Adult

As time is always an issue for most busy professionals, parents and students, this is the program for you. FitWorx will do a quick, but thorough, assessment of both your long and short-term goals. The client will learn how to do their workouts in a more efficient manner, maximizing training effect and result. Clients will engage in circuit training with an emphasis on flexibility, cardiovascular and strength. The FitWorx 35-55 programs are designed by Chas who believes that no matter how little time there is, it is still possible to train and experience results. All training is inspired by what Chas believes will help his clients achieve the result they desire for their personal and specific fitness goals.

Adult programs are available in 35, 45, 55, and 75 minute sessions.

FitWorx Youth

The FitWorx Programs for Youth address our busy culture. They are designed to quickly assess short and long-term goals and teach the client to maximize training toward the goals set. This will be achieved both safely and effectively through constant balance in your training journey. This balance includes proper progression, nutrition, rest and of course the workouts. If you're a weekend warrior, busy professional, a youth client just looking to get into shape or prepare for a big event, one of the FitWorx programs for fitness will work for you. FitWorx Teams and Youth

This program is specifically designed for my youth team or group clients.

The workouts are set up to emphasize overall fitness and conditioning appropriate for the clients age and the sport competing in. The sessions are typically conducted in a circuit format and designed to maximize general fitness and sports conditioning. The parents and the client should expect to see improved fitness level, a change in eating habits, and an overall improvement in their client's and team's performance.

The sport participant will learn how to train smarter for their given sport through proper movement progressions. This is achieved with body weight, tubing, medicine balls and stability tools. Speed agility and quickness. The training is focused, challenging and informative. The parents and client should see improvements in the clients flexibility, body awareness and overall enthusiasm for their sport. The programs designed or teams and individual are inspired by Chas and his various resources hes studied throughout his career. These sources range from polymeric conditioning, running conditioning and strength conditioning as devolved by the NASM, NSCA and the ACSM.

Team programs are available in 75 minute sessions


Youth programs with FitWorx start at $60. Adult programs start at $75.
Sessions are offered in 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, and 24 session packages.
