FitBox Program at Ladera Ranch

Fitbox is inspired by the boxaerobics program that is trained in health clubs around the country. Fitbox incorporates the basic foundations of boxing using raps, gloves, focus mitts and jump ropes. The class is set to upbeat music and is 60 minutes in duration. Participants will learn how to bob and weave, punch and kick, cross train your upper and lower body, abs and core muscles. The ages suggested for this first run of the program are 18 and up. If you're ready to have some fun while getting fitter and learning this sweet science, FitBox is for you!

The next class cycle will be for six weeks from July 16th - August 20th. All classes are on Wednesday from 6:00-7:00pm. Reserve your spot now.
